How paying works

A bar on your counter shows the days left.
- 2Pay by any UPI app
Open Menu → Subscription, scan the QR, and pay ₹149 or ₹1,699.
- 3Enter the UPI reference
Type the 12-digit UTR from your UPI app. We check it and switch your shop on, usually within a few hours.
- 4Paying early loses nothing
New time is added after your current trial or plan ends.
If the trial or plan runs out, the counter pauses and customers can’t send new jobs. Your shop link, QR poster, rates, printers and history are all kept, and everything opens again as soon as you pay.
Questions
Good to know
Do customers need to install an app or sign up?
No. They scan your QR code and the page opens in their phone’s browser. They don’t make an account. Their token is saved on their phone so they can check it again.
Which printers work?
Any printer your phone, tablet or computer can already print to: Wi-Fi printers, USB printers on a computer, and printers added through the maker’s app (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, or Mopria on Android). When you tap Print now, the device’s normal print window opens and you pick the printer there.
Can I use Bluetooth printers?
Only where the printer maker’s app adds the printer to your phone’s print list, or on a computer that has it set up. Wi-Fi is the most reliable choice.
Does it print automatically?
You tap Print now and confirm in the print window. Websites can’t print silently, and this way you stay in control of paper and colour.
How do I pay?
After sending, tap “Pay by UPI” to open your UPI app with the amount filled in, then tap “I’ve paid”. Or simply pay cash at the counter when you collect.
Does PrintX charge me anything?
No. You pay only the shop’s printing price, shown before you send.
What if I close the page?
Your token is saved on your phone. Open the shop’s link again, or this page, and tap “See your token”.
Can I use it in Hindi?
Yes. Tap “हिंदी” at the top of the shop’s page and everything switches to Hindi.
Can I print a PDF?
Yes. Upload a PDF and pick just the pages you need. You can also mix photos of paper pages with PDF pages in one job.
What happens to customers’ documents?What happens to my documents?
Scans are stored privately and only your shop can open them. They’re deleted as soon as you mark the job collected or declined, along with the customer’s phone number.
Can more than one person run the counter?
Yes. Staff can sign in with their own accounts and see the same live queue on their own phone or computer.
How do I cancel?
Just don’t renew. There’s no auto-debit, so nothing is charged without you paying by UPI yourself.
