Customers see a “Pay by UPI” button after sending. Use a business UPI ID (PhonePe Business, Paytm for Business or Google Pay for Business, all free): many UPI apps block payment links to personal UPI IDs.

Printers

Each printer in your shop gets a number. When you print a job you pick the number, and the customer’s phone shows it, for example “Ready at Printer 2”.

How printers connect

PrintX is a website, so it can’t pair with a printer by itself. Your phone or computer connects to the printer (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB), and PrintX sends pages to its print window. “Add a printer” walks you through it and checks which printer is which with a test page.

1 · Name it and say what it can do

How does this printer connect? Do this once on every phone or computer you print from.

3 · Print a test page

Tap the button. In the print window, choose the printer you just connected and print. The page that comes out says “PRINTER 1”.

Did the page come out of the right printer?

Check the printer is on and has paper, that it shows in the print window’s printer list, and pick it there. If it isn’t listed, go back one step.

Stick that page on the printer. It’s the printer’s number label.

4 · What was it called in the print window?

Printer name in the print window Type it as the print window showed it. Every time you print on Printer 1, PrintX reminds you to pick this name.
